The Tilt-Shift

Over the past couple of years, You may have noticed the “Tilt-Shift” technique becoming more and more popular. In fact, by the time you read this, the technique may already be in the "fad" stage of it's life cycle. Still, It’s a very interesting technique where certain elements within an image are focused, among other things, in such a manner that they appear “miniature.” While use of this technique may or may not become a popular tool in film or advertising, clearly the technique can be utilized to get additional mileage out of your existing footage.
